Specialising in Pasture Raised Meat and Produce in Hunter Valley – our family-owned and operated Humblebee Farm can be found among the rolling hills of New England NSW where we raise sheep, cattle, pigs, goats and egg layers.
At Humblebee farm, we're committed to producing quality farm-to-table produce, focusing on pasture management and implementing regenerative grazing principles. We're bringing the farmer back to the kitchen table, through our regular meat and egg deliveries. In the process, we aim to educate our community about the need for regenerative agriculture and nutrient-dense, real food.
OUR PRODUCTS
Locally grown, rotationally grazed, real food. We aim to continuously improve the land while providing exceptional paddock-to-plate products for our local community.*
It's this commitment to practice that guarantees quality. And a limited supply. It's why we don't have an online store, but rather a list of like-minded friends whom we let know when our products are available.
*Currently, we deliver to Tamworth, Walcha, Gloucester, Newcastle, and Lower Hunter Valley.
OUR FARM
Nestled in the hills of Nowendoc, you’ll find our 30-odd grassy paddocks occupied by our animals. Here we work with hand and hoof, practicing regenerative farming.
We’re also steadily working on our own on-site cafe and farm-gate.

OUR PRACTICeS
Here at Humblebee Farm we believe that livestock should have access to fresh grass daily, where they can live and graze naturally. That’s why we regularly rotate our animals around 30+ paddocks on our farm.
As we say, pasture-raised, pasture-finished.
⊘ NO COVER CROPS - NO PESTICIDES - NO SYNTHETIC FERTILISERS - NO TILLING ⊘
OUR PEOPLE
When it comes to the day-to-day, it’s all hands on deck at Humblebee Farm and at the helm you’ll find us, Paul and Mel Roberts alongside our kids, earning and learning the ways of regenerative farming.
While we might not be experts, we’re committed to discovering the best practices for land, hand and animal. Follow us on our honest journey into regenerative farming …
